Celebrate your success! With everything in place, you’re ready to launch your new brand and website, backed by a renewed sense of purpose and a powerful online presence. Endless possibilities lie ahead!
With your brand design finalized, we’ll get to work building your Showit website. You’ll see each page come to life in a conversion-driven design. Once you’re confident with the web design and we’ve gone through any revisions you may require, we’ll begin packaging up your final files.
After we complete your designs, you’ll receive your Brand Guidelines, a comprehensive guide that details your new brand identity. You’ll know exactly how to use your fonts, colors, and logos to stay consistent and on brand.
05. Final Files and Lauch Details
Now, you’ll be equipped with everything you need to confidently launch your brand and website, including custom launch mockups, images, and social media graphics. Another bonus? Our strategy-based launch guide that will help you announce your new visual identity.
In your client portal, you’ll find business resources and a list of Showit training videos for guidance. Additionally, we’ll provide a custom Zoom training video showing you exactly how to update your website and blog.
04. Web Design Review
Following our meeting, we’ll create your Creative Direction brief, including a mood board that will set the strategy and tone for your visual identity. With your approval, we’ll design your logo and other branding elements.
03. Brand Design Review
Upon booking, you’ll receive an invite to your client portal, where you’ll access your brand strategy questionnaire. You’ll be guided to dive deep into your values, voice, audience, and aesthetic. A helpful bonus is our Website Content Planner to help you organize your content confidently before we officially begin the design process. With all your materials submitted, we’ll meet for our Brand Discovery session to refine your strategy and ensure we have a solid foundation for your design.
02. Brand discovered Strategy
Your website journey begins with an intro call, where we’ll meet to explore the essence of your brand. We’ll address any questions you may have about the design process and hear your ideas for your new website.
Following our call, you’ll receive an email with a link to your client portal, where you’ll sign your contract and pay your invoice for the non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot in our calendar. You’ll then receive your questionnaire and be equipped with everything you need to get started.

Most of our communication will take place via email or through our client portal, but we can also communicate via WhatsApp or Telegram. Frequent communication is key because of the collaborative nature of our process.

Yes! While we are creating your brand and website for you, it’s always our goal that you will be empowered to update your website in the future. At the end of the project, you will receive a personalized Website Maintenance session showing you how to use your website. We also offer additional resources through our client portal to ensure you can confidently update and maintain your website. If needed, you can also hire us for future updates on a project basis, with fees based on the scope of the work.
05. Can I make updates and changes to my website in the future?
Our typical turnaround time for a custom brand and Showit website is 12-16 weeks, which begins from your brand discovery meeting. Timelines can vary depending on number of revisions and timely communication throughout the process.
04. How long can I expect my design process to be?
Copywriting services are not directly included in our Custom Brand and Web Design Experience, but we do offer every client our resource on converting website content. This exclusive booklet, accessible via the client portal, is meticulously designed to inspire and guide you in crafting your website's narrative, featuring intuitive prompts and insightful questions.
While many of our clients find great success in developing their own content with the help of our guide, we also understand the value of professional copywriting. If you’d prefer to hire a copywriter, we offer referrals to esteemed copywriting professionals from our network, ensuring your website's text is as polished and purposeful as the design.
08. What about website copywriting services?
Yes! We offer a 10-month payment plan that divides the project fee equally over each month. The payment plan is independent of the design process, meaning you'll receive all your brand and web design deliverables upon completion, and the payments will continue afterward on an automated schedule.
