The Website is operated by Living in Graphics, LLC. By visiting Living in Graphics and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”)
 Living in Graphics, LLC reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. When Living in Graphics updates the Terms, it will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with notice of updates to the Terms. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.

Showit Website Templates

Licensing


Living in Graphics grants you one nonexclusive, non-transferable, non sub-licensable license. This license permits you to use the website template for your own business. You, as the customer, may not resell the purchased license key provided by Living in Graphics to any other party. The customer, you, are also not authorized to redistribute the website template(s) to any other party (whether for financial gain or as a gift).



Proprietary Rights 


Living In Graphics owns the rights to all design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks you see within each Living In Graphics Template design for Showit. Photographs are the property of Unsplash, Pexels, Adobe, and private photographers and governed under their respective copyright licenses. Living In Graphics does not grant permission or a license agreement to use the images included.



Showit Subscription 

Living in Graphics website templates are solely for use with Showit and no other website platform. An active Showit subscription is required for you to successfully use, customize, and maintain your Living in Graphics website templates for Showit. All of the details regarding Showit's monthly or yearly subscriptions can be found here. Showit subscription may need other softwares or purchases to edit the website on your own. None of these expenses are covered in the Living in Graphics prices. The templates only include the PDF design adaptation guide & share code to transfer the design.

Acknowledgement


Living in Graphics template will include a ‘site credit’ area within the footer. By purchasing a template from Living in Graphics, you agree to display this appropriate credit at all times with an active link to Living in Graphics's website. The Customer , you, should include this in your final website. If you happen to be another Graphic, Brand or Web designer, please be aware that Designers are not permitted to claim the work as their own and are required to include the site credit. If you do choose to purchase a template for your own business website then you must provide a credit in the footer as follows: Template Design by Living in Graphics. Customized by [Your Name]. Living in Graphics recognizes that those of you who participate in crediting our brand are valuable customers. No compensation will be granted for offering a credit to Living In Graphics. However, you may be asked to participate in future marketing efforts by Living in Graphics that could use your brand or image as part of this effort by highlighting successful examples of Living In Graphics’s work. This credit does not guarantee your participation in any of Living in Graphics future marketing campaigns, but it may elevate you in the Living in Graphics’s consideration by highlighting your previous endorsement of Living in Graphics’s brand. 


By purchasing one of our designs, you grant us a royalty-free and permanent license to use representations of your website on our website, and social media to promote our website templates. 

Payment


Where the option is given to you, you may make payment for the Services (the 'Services Fee') by way of a third party payment facilitator, such as, ThriveCart, Square, Stripe and Paypal. When making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these companies’ terms and conditions which are available on their website.

 You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the Service Fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any reason, then you are liable for any cost, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Service Fee. You agree and acknowledge that Living in Graphics Service Fee may vary at any time.
